The Job

• Supervise the implementation of digital and promotional campaigns for enhancing corporate image.
• Develop quality content and ensure good reach of all digital communications including corporate website and various social media channels.
• Monitor the performance of online communications and prepare related reports and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal business units to execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Lead and manage service providers for media promotion and multimedia production.
• Manage the design and production of promotional materials.
• Assist in enhancing external communications and community sentiment analysis by strengthening social media management and social listening.

The Person

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Creative Media or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Well versed in digital communications, social listening, analytics and video production.
• Working experience in agency, sizeable corporation or public organisation preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, experience in copywriting and editing is a plus.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Creative thinking with interest in technological trends and solutions.
• Good organizing, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A strong team player.
