The Job

• Plan and implement branding and promotion campaigns for maintaining a good corporate image and enhancing the public awareness of HS’s brand and achievements.
• Plan and execute promotional and publicity activities from concept development, execution to quality assurance, for business areas including but not limited to housing schemes, elderly services and property sale.
• Develop the design and production of promotional materials and corporate premiums to ensure consistency of brand messages.
• Assist in the compliance of and provide assistance to all business units in the application of the corporate identity guidelines.
• Liaise with other departments in the organisation to ensure the effective and smooth planning and implementation of cross-division promotional plans, events and activities.
• Provide design and photography support for all business units, and maintain a photo archive system.
• Deputise for the Senior Manager (Branding & Promotion) as and when necessary.

The Person

• Degree holder in Communications, Translation, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years’ post-qualification solid experience in event management, public relations, communications, marketing or related fields, of which at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in event planning and management and organizing brand awareness programmes for public organizations or NGOs or companies of the property industry.
• Relevant experience in event management agencies would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in brand promotion, event management and development, and well versed in brand and event marketing.
• Sensitive to political climate and public affairs, especially housing issues.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and strong sense of ownership.
• Strategic and creative thinking.
• Good organizing and analytical skills.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• A strong team player.
