Officer (Community Relations) [Ref: O(CR)]

The Job

  • Monitor community issues relevant to the business and operations of the HKHS.
  • Assist in carrying out community relations duties to foster liaison and communication with local groups and associations.
  • Provide support in organising community / youth events and activities.
  • Maintain daily operation of the HKHS Exhibition Centre properly, such as managing the booking system and providing guided tour services.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Communications, Social Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Computer literacy in using MS application, such as Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Detail-minded and able to work with high efficiency under tight schedule.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and organisation ability.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Irregular work hours and overtime is required.
