Officer (Property Management) / Customer Services Officer [Ref : O (PM) HRMO]

The Job

  • Review and vet applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS), Take-Over Tenancy Policy (TOV), Name Addition Policy (ADD Type 3 & 5) and Well-off Tenants Policy (WTP) in compliance with Housing Society policies, manuals, and Central Vetting Team’s (CVT) internal guidelines.
  • Co-ordinate with Estate Office Colleagues to ensure timely submission of RAS, TOV, ADD, WTP documents to CVT.
  • Reach out applicant to secure outstanding documentation necessary for processing.
  • Prepare all relevant documents required for oath taking procedure.
  • Evaluate undercharged rent amounts, ensuring accuracy & compliance.
  • Assist in conducting Data Matching exercise for property ownership & prepare comprehensive daily reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of daily and monthly reports, ensuring data integrity & clarity.
  • Perform additional task and projects as assigned by seniors.

The Person

  • Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, or equivalent (including English and Chinese); Degree / Diploma Holders in relevant disciplines are preferred.
  • Previous experience in applications vetting is advantageous; capacity to manage stress and work under pressure is essential.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Services Officer.
  • Basic knowledge of PC applications including Word Processing & Excel.
  • Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, mature and service-oriented.
  • Initiative and logical thinking.
  • Team collaboration & effective time management.
  • Adaptability to changing of demands.
  • Familiarity with public rental housing policies and regulations is preferrable
