The Job

• Assist in development and implementing strategic plans that align with HS’s corporate goals, in particular to drive changes and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and research on high priority or new initiatives requiring cross-divisional inputs, identify and analyze pain points and needs, as well as advise solutions overcoming bottlenecks to attain business goals and objectives.
• Advocate and facilitate co-creation process from strategy planning to operational implementation within team, HS and external parties, including but not limited to corporations, impact businesses, organisations for new business opportunities and to better serve the community.
• Manage and administer HS’ internal innovation initiatives.
• Produce high-quality written outputs including presentations, board papers, briefing notes, reports and submissions, etc. for various audiences.
• Act as the coordinator to facilitate daily functions and operations of the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Person

• Degree holder in Public Administration / Business Administration / Social Science / English or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies/organisation, preferably with track record of intrapreneruship experiences to implement cross-divisional change initiatives.
• Strong ability to research, analyse and distill complex information; organizational and time management skills; problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and proven ability to understand and write concisely.
• Have a strong detail-oriented mindset that seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation.
• Embrace changes and comfortable working with uncertainty; confident, assertive yet collaborative and enjoy co-creating initiatives from scratch to implementation.
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager (Policy & Business Innovation).
