Sales & Marketing Manager - Property Development [Ref: S&MM]

The Job

  • Monitor the team to conduct market research on the demand and conditions of the target customers.
  • Facilitate to prepare the overall sales and marketing strategy for housing projects.
  • Prepare sales and marketing literatures and legal documents in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with consultants for setting up of show flat, call centre and other sales matters as well as supervise the sales flow and logistics.
  • Assist in formulating the flats handover standard and determine the handover procedure, flow and logistics.
  • Coordinate with consultants for setting up of handover office, development of defect logging system and supervise the handover team to ensure a smooth operation of handover of flats.
  • Assist in handling tendering process of recruiting appropriate business partners, staff recruitment and training, cash flow forecasts and budgets preparation.

The Person

  • Degree holder with minimum 5-years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 7-years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
  • Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing).
