The Job

• Assist in system administration and configuration work, including conducting user acceptance tests (UAT) for various systems.
• Handle and resolve users' requests and enquiries related to systems.
• Input and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, briefings, and other events.
• Provide general clerical support, including taking meeting minutes, maintaining e-forms, procuring materials, and managing the inventory of IT equipment.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for users at different levels.
• Liaise with stakeholders on system administration matters.
• Assist in the preparation of training courses and the maintenance of training records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The Person

• 5 passes in HKCEE OR Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.   
• At least 8 years’ clerical or customer services experience in IT or property management related fields.
• Some knowledge of the operation and commonly used terms of estate management related industry
• PC skills e.g. Foxit, Power BI PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word, Chinese Word Processing etc.
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Mature, service oriented, good telephone manner and a team player
