The Job

• Assist business colleagues to define business needs and identify business process improvement opportunities through collecting, understanding and analysing user requirements, conducting feasibility studies, liaising, and presenting findings and proposals to business colleagues for comments and acceptance.
• Assist Senior Manager (Business Solutions) to implement the project.  
• Ensure the assigned project work are completed on time, within budget and meet business needs and is up to quality standards by planning and ascertaining the allocation of time, manpower and relevant internal and external resources for the project and regularly monitoring the overall progress.
• Supervise external consultants by allocating duties and monitoring their performance.
• Rate and report the quality including reliability, security, system documentation and performance of the business solution developed or implemented by external contractors.
• Ensure availability of updated documentation of assigned applications by preparing and updating the user manual, system/programme specifications and checking the format and correctness of the documentation prepared by external consultants.

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Analysis / Information Systems / Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8 - 10 years of hand-on experience in business analysis including 4 years in project management, with relevant experience in property development is an advantage.  
• Passionate in latest technology.  Excellent business partnering, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and business solution formulation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc. and good knowledge in SaaS model, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and DevSecOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Form, Power Automate, Report Process Automation (UiPath), SQL operation and other end-users computing tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management (PMP), Agile Project Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) will be valued.
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good business sense to translate business need to requirement, analytical thinking, and open-to-change mindset.
• Good project management skill and influence skill.
• Good customer service and people management.
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Business Solutions Analyst.
