Senior Manager (Central Technical Team) (3-year Contract) [Ref: SM(CTT - BS) (3-year Contract)]

The Job

  • Provide technical support and advice in design, specifications and tender documentation for engineering related systems and provisions for development projects in compatibility of statutory requirements and HKHS standard.
  • Outreach and explore new technologies / industries’ latest practices to tailor for implementing in project management and development design.
  • Review the development design and tender documentation relating to building services, energy optimization and life cycle assessment in project design stage.
  • Conduct quality review of workmanship of on-site works.
  • Liaise with public utilities (e.g. Towngas, power companies, etc.) to explore collaboration opportunities in projects.
  • Assist in preparing business plan for the division.

The Person

  • Bachelor degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Corporate Member of professional institution of HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE or IET.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in design practices and project management with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (suitable candidate with lesser experience will be considered for Manager position).
  • Familiar with government ordinances and regulations.
  • Capable of working independently and closely liaising with other departments.
  • Good practical knowledge and experience in BIM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
