Senior Manager (Quality Audit) [Ref: SM(QA)]

The Job

  • Conduct independent audit and verification of the quality and environmental management initiatives for housing development projects / major improvement works and report on findings.
  • Analyse results of the audit findings, draw conclusions and recommend for improvements.
  • Review consultant’s design from the quality and maintainability perspectives.
  • Examine contractor’s submissions and works on site against the quality, requirements of HKHS and provide technical advice on improvement.
  • Support corporate sustainability and continuously improve quality and environmental management practices, incorporating updated statutory requirements, feedback from end-users and industry best practices.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Quality Audit.  

The Person

  • A degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (Building Services).
  • At least 10 years’ post qualification experience in design and management of new housing project development.
  • Work experience in property developers and design consulting firms.
  • Familiar with government ordinances and regulations relating to construction.
  • BEAM Pro qualification in preference.
  • Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 and management system audit skills.
  • Positive attitude, independent but able to work with all level of staff.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in PC skills including Word and Excel.
