The Job

• Organise membership events and activities effectively to achieve growth and positive impact with good budget planning and control.
• Communicate with stakeholders and members in a positive, accurate and timely manner.
• Write effective and professional copy in both Chinese and English for online platforms and promotional materials.
• Curate information for the development of content to be used in various promotional channels including but not limited to website, social media, eNewsletter and other marketing assets.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of branding and promotion campaigns for maintaining a good corporate image and enhancing the public awareness of HS’s brand and achievements.
• Assist in the liaison with other departments in the organisation to ensure the effective and smooth planning and implementation of cross-division promotional plans, events and activities.
• Handle the administrative tasks involved in the execution of the above.

The Person

• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in Event Management, Communications, PR or Marketing.
• Prior working experience with loyalty programmes or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and practical experience in social media management, content development, event management, database management and analysis.
• Skilled in branding, marketing & communication projects and account management.
• Experience and knowledge of digital media software tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential with basic graphic design skills.  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and strong sense of ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills, networking skills and willing to take up ad-hoc tasks.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking under tight schedule and competing deadlines.
• Analytical thinking, creative spirit, and courage to meet challenges.
• A strong team player.
