Senior Officer (Community Relations) [Ref: SO(CR)]

The Job

  • Plan and organize community / youth events and activities, internship and placement programmes, luncheons, talks, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities and establish network with NGOs / universities / schools for community outreach programmes.
  • Support the production of publications/promotional items including, script writing, shooting, graphic design and photo retouching.
  • Assist in carrying out community relations duties to foster liaison and communication with local groups and associations.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Social Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, working exposure in public organisations or sizeable corporations is preferred.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Good computer literacy in using computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Detail-minded and able to deliver quality work under a tight schedule.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and organisation ability.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Irregular work hours and overtime is required.
