The Job

• Implement and optimise the mall’s CRM system and loyalty programme, including tracking and analysing CRM data, loyalty programme participation, and promotional results to drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and data‑driven marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with tenants as well as internal and external partners to increase footfall and enhance tenant sales performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants to coordinate joint promotions, support store openings, and ensure alignment with mall‑wide marketing initiatives.
• Identify and strengthen partnerships with brands, service providers, and organizations to create value‑added experiences and cross‑promotional opportunities by collaborate proactively with leasing and operations teams, mall tenants, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle all tenant‑related marketing materials and related documentation, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and procurement requirements.
• Stay abreast of CRM trends, tools, and technologies relevant to retail and commercial environments

The person

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, shopping mall promotions, or customer engagement programs; exposure to tenant liaison and joint promotional campaigns within a retail or property environment is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in CRM management, loyalty program execution, and social media marketing
• Strong marketing sense with proficiency in marketing and promotional activities, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
