Senior Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness) - Elderly Resources Centre [Ref: SO(SEW)-ERC]

The Job

  • Develop and implement promotion plan to collaborators and organizations.
  • Supervise supporting staff in providing day to day operation either in Elderly Resources Centre or somewhere else.
  • Plan and conduct training and community programs in related to scope of the ERC new initiatives.
  • Liaise with NGOs and other elderly service organizations to recruit elderly persons, care-givers, volunteers etc.
  • Provide advices and input on customers services evaluation and feedback.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor deems appropriate.

The Person

  • Degree or Diploma in business administration, communication, marketing, public relation, social science, health science or other disciplines related to business development.
  • Minimum three years post qualification working experience in recognized welfare organization, preferably in elderly service; community services preferable.
  • Previous exposure to customer services, training and management, research projects are preferable.
  • Good connection with various service providers in elderly services and other agencies, and others as relevant.
  • Self- motivated & committed to team work.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.
  • Good PC knowledge.
