Job Responsibilities:

• Handle patients’ registration

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries, arrange appointments in a professional manner

• Liaise with patients / nurses for the progress of reports

• Process payment and insurance related tasks

• Measure patients’ vital signs, perform blood taking and ECG test

• Handle other duties as assigned by Centre-in-charge

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above with experience in Radiology / Imaging Centre is preferable but not compulsory. On-job training will be provided

• Experience in blood taking procedure and ECG set up is beneficial

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Strong sense of responsibility with good working attitude
