Responsibilities

• Deliver Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to CPL/ATPL training programme
• Maintain students’ training records in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the planning of student and practical training activities
• Monitor student progress and schedule progress tests
• Prepare, maintain, and update courseware and training materials to ensure compliance with the regulatory syllabus and current industry practices
• Participate in training and professional development of standardization in collaboration with other business stakeholders
• Assist in the programme and course administration planning; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Director, Flight Training and Engineering or his delegates

Requirements

• A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least five years’ service in aviation and flight training experience, preferably related to technical knowledge of ATPL
• A proven record in instructing aviation courses, preferably as part of a Flight Training Organization (FTO), and teaching EASA ATPL technical knowledge subjects will be an advantage
• Efficient skill in Microsoft, particularly construction of PowerPoint as training materials, is essential
• Possession of Professional Pilot License will be an advantage
