• Responsible for planning and executing project management and business activities in the Project Management for the cross-border department.

• To ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for various projects, including online and offline campaigns, social media, and events.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing

• initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

• Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and resources to meet deadlines and

• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and identifying.

• Opportunities for cost savings.

• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, making recommendations for improvement and optimization.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, using insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

• Organize and manage events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer

• workshops, to support marketing objectives and promote brand awareness.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above, preferably in Communications, Agency, Marketing,

• Advertising, Journalism, PR, Project Management, or related disciplines.

• Passionate and responsible characteristic

• 2+ years of relevant Experience is preferable. Less Experience will be considered for project assistants, and passionate fresh graduates are welcome.

• Experience in corporate account serving is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese.

• Good analytical and customer/user management skills are required, especially the ability to analyze business workflow and processes.

• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with a tight schedule.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
