We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science & Technology:
Assistant Academic Support Officer (S&T) - (2400255)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Providing general support to the daily work, projects and activities carried out by the School;
- Maintaining files and records;
- Handling matters related to human resources (e.g. staff appointment);
- Providing frontline student services; and
- Answering enquiries and liaising with internal and external parties.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
- Experience in general administration / supporting services is preferable;
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good computer skills; and
- Should be self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
