We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Information Technology Office:
Systems Analyst (ITO) – (24002GO)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Developing, implementing, and supporting the University Student Information System, Student Recruitment System, Student Financial System, University Website, and Mobile Apps; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A recognized degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure in PeopleSoft applications / Student Applications / Web Applications / Mobile Apps development;
- Solid experience in application development with Oracle SQL and MS SQL;
- Hand-on skills in JAVA and JavaScript;
- Experienced in PeopleSoft ERP systems (in particular Campus Solutions) will be a definite advantage;
- A good team player, strong analytical, and proactive with good problem solving skills; and
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient in both English & Chinese.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
