Accounting Assistant

Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently hiring an Accounting Assistant​.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct monthly audits of cashier floats and ensure cash balance liquidity.
  • Perform daily audits for Rooms and F&B, verifying data accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Prepare and distribute executive packages for management review.
  • Manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, familiar in hotel accounting systems will be an advantage (eg Opera, PeopleSoft)
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • ​Fresh graduates will also be considered.
