Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently hiring a Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise of team members within the department.
- Responsible for administrative duties and generate revenue.
- Supervise the daily operation of beauty and massage services.
- Plan and implement all Spa activities as directed by the management.
- Responsible for the comfort of all guests and members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience and at least 2 years' experience at managerial level
- Confident, self-motivated, analytical and innovative
- Strong leadership skill and be a good trainer and people management techniques.
- Presentable, multi-tasks, excellent communication and presentation skill
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Recreation & Spa Manager
