Landscaping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team to carry out routine landscape maintenance tasks, including watering, weeding, pest control, fertilising, and general plant care.
• Assist in planning and managing the landscape maintenance budget.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining a planting inventory and database.
• Perform other landscape-related duties as assigned by the Estate Manager.

 Requirements:

• 3 years of supervisory experience leading frontline gardening or nursery teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Minimum 7 years' hands-on experience in landscaping, garden maintenance or agriculture is required.
• Good communication skills, coordination work within team, and among departments.
• Physically fit to work outdoor.
• 5 days work per week with shift duty.
