Responsibilities:

• To assist the Purchasing Department in ensuring that there is proper follow-up of the orders placed
• To maintain files for executed and unexecuted orders and documents of the department
• To obtain quotations from suppliers and make purchases in the best interest of the company
• Performs regular checks on prices in the market
• Regularly review the par stock levels of the stores
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the superiors from time to time

Requirements:

• Form 5/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate / Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain studies
• Knowledge of computer software
• Able to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
• Good command in both oral and reading English and Chinese
• Familiar with Taobao is an advantage
