Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team. You will monitor our systems to ensure the network is consistently available to all our staff and troubleshoot any issues that may cause a disruption in service. The ideal candidate will also be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment and systems in order to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update servers, VMs and applications.
• Work with vendors to support and administer third-party applications.
• Ensure network security, its connectivity and optimal performance.
• Develop and monitor network policies and procedures.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
• Provide support and troubleshoot software and hardware issue.
• Prepare, design and maintain SOP and documentations as necessary
• Perform Ad-hoc job duties when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Networking or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in related field. Fresh grads will also be considered.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Routing, LAN/WAN architectures.
• PaloAlto, CCNA or CCNP Certifications are a plus.
• Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers 2012, 2016, MS Office 365 and Email support.
• Previous experience with VMware / Veeam products.
• Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
