Major Duties:

• Lead and manage the operation of the Corporate Communications & Development Section

• Develop and implement the Association's communications, branding, marketing and service promotion strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with media, corporate partners, donors, government departments, community and organizational stakeholders

• Plan and execute publicity campaigns, digital communications, publications and media engagement initiatives

• Develop and coordinate fundraising initiatives and resource development strategies

• Prepare funding, sponsorship, partnership proposals, corporate pitch decks, campaign landing pages, annual reports, press releases, eDMs, and executive key messaging

• Identify and cultivate corporate partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and community resources

• Plan and oversee major NGO events, including Flag Day, walkathons, fundraising campaigns, carnivals, opening ceremonies and community engagement activities

• Supervise team members and ensure projects are delivered effectively in compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, fundraising, partnership development and/or event management, preferably in the NGO sector

• Proven experience in organizing large-scale fundraising and public engagement events

• Strong proposal writing, project management, stakeholder engagement and budget management skills

• Demonstrated experience in corporate liaison, sponsorship development and resource mobilization

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, and Mandarin

• Proactive, strategic, resourceful and able to work independently

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, Canva and AI tools will be an advantage

Working Hours: 44 hours per week (5-day work week)

Working Location: North Point (location near Quarry Bay MTR Station)
