Job Description

What you'll do:

• Delivery cybersecurity services and projects
• Evaluate and research on cybersecurity trends, products and solutions, involve assessing security postures, developing security strategies, implementing risk mitigation solutions, and ensuring robust cybersecurity practices to safeguard against potential threats.
• Assist and support cybersecurity solutions and/or platform.
• Assist and collaborate with clients, provide guidance and advisory services to clients on information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate project management tasks.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Degree  in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;  or High diploma with 2 years' related working experience 
• Experience conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and risk assessments
• Solid experience in security tools and technologies including security architecture, and network and application security management
• Certifications such as GPEN, OSCP, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, PMP, or other relevant qualifications is an advantage.
• Prior consulting experience in information security, knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, PDPO, ISF, OWASP)
• Experience in IT infrastructure or Information Systems auditing is an advantage
• Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
