Job Description

What you'll do:

• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the marketing database, develop marketing campaigns through the CRM system, and collaborate with vendor on daily executions and CRM projects.
• Work with internal units or external agencies on overarching brand and marketing programs, including ATL, BLT and digital initiatives
• Support the execution of promotion campaigns from ideation to execution
• Coordinate and liaise with various business users for executing corporate website content management, function enhancement and maintenance
• Develop, maintain and enhance the user experience of the campaign website
• Perform user acceptance test (UAT) for various systems and websites to ensure satisfactory quality
• Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate timely decision-making
• Assist in developing creative deliverables including banners, pamphlets, infographics and other visual assets for online and offline communication channels

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with CRM and website systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier is a plus )
• Knowledge of CRM & e-marketing tools, HTML5, CSS and Google Analytics
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong business acumen to achieve organisational goals
• Detail-minded and able to work on multi-tasks independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
