Job Description

What you'll do:
- Identify new business opportunities for innovation in intelligent manufacturing with Robotics, Embodied AI, and emerging technologies, and develop strategies to bring these new technologies to market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, academic institutions, and the community
- Manage the entire process of client engagement, from identifying potential clients and analyzing their needs to proposing solutions and executing agreements
- Formulate and execute R&D strategies, leading team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Deliver projects successfully with excellent project management skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence with company standards
- Collaborate with other divisions and government departments to ensure successful application and implementation of programs
- Travel occasionally to mainland China or other countries to carry out projects
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Robotics, Computer Science and Engineering, or a relevant field
- 8 or more years of working or research experience in Automation, AI, Robotics, or related solutions
- Strong project management skills, with experience in government-funded projects being an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Extensive industry or academic networks and resources
- Strong experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
