Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support implementation of government-funded project in the field of AI & Sensing Theory
- Shoulder the responsibility for the development and optimization of the AI/Robotics algorithms of some of the above fields
- Carry out R&D tasks against the plans and complete the project works (R&D work, technical report/paper, patents, etc.)
- May need to travel outside Hong Kong when required
- Support ad hoc assignments if necessary
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Master degree from disciplines such as in Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Intelligent Systems or equivalent from a local university or world top 100 university
- Working experience in R&D, government projects or patent applications preferred
- Having rich experience in robotics and programming preferred
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English or Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua)

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
