Senior Policy Administration Officer

About the role

As a Senior Policy Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support for life insurance products and ensure the smooth of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy documents for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Prepare policy documents and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Communicate with customers regarding policy administration issues.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business or related discipline.
  • 3+years of experience in policy administration.
  • Knowledgeable with life insurance products
  • Proficiency in both spoken Cantonese and written English.
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
