The Position

• Drive technology companies and support them to apply for public funding schemes
• Assist in all-round administration of relevant funding and support programmes, such as handling application and reimbursement vetting, conducting visit-cum-interviews with applicant companies, and verifying compliance with relevant application guidelines
• Assist in advising technology companies on enquiries or questions related to funding applications and reimbursement
• Provide centre operation support, such as preparing statistics reports, presentation materials and operational data entry
• Conduct research on funding programmes and technology news and updates
• Perform counter duty as appropriate and other duties (such as event support) assigned by supervisors as appropriate

The Candidate

• University graduate in any discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in funding programme administration or service centre; candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
• Experience in office automation or process digitalization or knowledge in Power Automate would be an advantage
• Logical minded, sensitive with numbers, meticulous, sense in up-to-date technology development, well organized and multi-tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing etc.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
