The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professionals to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department. To strengthen Hong Kong's role as Asia's international business platform, we organise more than 30 world-class international trade fairs in Hong Kong each year.  These fairs, which cover various industries and sectors, create opportunities for companies to promote their products or services to buyers from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• To support the Project Manager in executing special events for the Gifts & Premium Fair 2026 and the International Conference on the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products (ICMCM) 2026.

• To coordinate on logistical arrangements and to provide onsite and online support for all kinds of fair events including opening ceremonies, gala evenings, networking cocktails, conferences, seminars, webinars and design/ awards competitions, etc.

• To follow up on and to proof-read graphics and artwork in relations to backdrop, onsite signages, souvenirs, display, award certificates as well as to produce all printed matters, e-certificates or conference booklets as required

• To work with the event venue, service vendors and internal departments on the required technical setup for different events

• To facilitate recruitment campaign including preparing marketing materials, DMs/eDMs, telemarketing, digital marketing, etc. and to monitor the feedback of promotion

• To liaise with speakers on profile and PowerPoint collection and to follow up with participants on payment for Conference tickets, if any

• To assist in consolidating and updating event data and registrants’ information

• To perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 1 years’ experience, preferably in the exhibition field (Good experience in similar industries/job natures will be given priority)

• Strong command in English and Chinese.  Fluent in Putonghua

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing

• Customer-oriented, good team spirit and able to work under pressure

• Willing to work overtime and occasionally on public holidays

• Tentatively employment period: 9 March 2026 – 26 June 2026

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
