The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub.
The HKTDC organises international exhibitions, conferences and business missions to create business opportunities for companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in the mainland and international markets. The HKTDC also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via research reports and digital news channels.

Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotion events, including exhibitions, seminars and networking programmes
Coordinate logistics and operations for start-up and innovation initiatives, including competitions, showcases and ecosystem events
Manage stakeholder engagement, including responding to enquiries and maintaining relationships with exhibitors, delegates and partners.
Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality participant experience
Maintain and analyse project data, delegate profiles and event performance metrics
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and post-event evaluation
Provide administrative support, including data input, scheduling, documentation and coordination across teams
Requirements:
University graduate with at least 1 year’s experience in event management, project coordination or related fields
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage external partners and stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, and other presentation and graphic design software
A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
