The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub.

The HKTDC organises international exhibitions, conferences and business missions to create business opportunities for companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in the mainland and international markets. The HKTDC also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via research reports and digital news channels.

As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Project Manager in conducting promotional campaigns for recruiting project owners and investors from Chinese Mainland and Overseas countries 
• Assist in liaison with vendors, onsite logistics preparation such as coordination and venue setup etc. 
• Assist in preparing marketing collaterals and publicity materials including coordination with clients and branch offices etc.  
• Assist in deal-making data consolidation, preparing related report for analysis  
• Assist in updating deal-making database and information, event website, participant list and any other administrative work for the event 
• Handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties, such as provide onsite support to deal-making participants of the event 
• Assist the Project Manager in year-round deal-making initiatives 
• Any other ad hoc tasks/ duties assigned by the Team's Section Head

Requirements:  

• University graduate with 1-year related experience, preferably in sales and marketing, project management and event organizing, etc. 
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels 
• Proactive, self-initiated, mature, creative, with team work spirits 
• Meticulous and detail-minded and very attentive to details 
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines 
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing 
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua 
• Open for Fresh Graduates with major in Marketing related discipline  

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
