Training Officer (6 months’ contract) (5-day work)
Hong Yip Service Co Ltd

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop training programs to enhance knowledge, skills as well as service standards of staff
  • Support and provide advisory service on the launch of a new Training Management System and enhancement of e-Learning platform/mobile app learning platform
  • Formulate, maintain and update all training materials, including in-class training and e-learning / mobile app learning materials in alignment with the prevailing operational developments and corporate training directives
  • Coordinate the pre- and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives
  • Engage in the conduct of Internal audit exercises, the evaluation of the effectiveness of Training and Development activities and follow-up actions
  • Handle training administration work
  • Involve in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in training and development field, preferably gained in sizeable companies
  • A good team player with the ability to build and maintain cohesive working relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized with excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
