Assistant UX/UI Designer

Your new role will:

  • Participant in the whole process of interface design and interaction experience optimization for company digital products and ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines, overall products vision, and business goals
  • Conduct user research and analyze findings to derive actionable insights and design requirements
  • Conduct design audits to ensure final products align with design specifications. Address usability or visual inconsistencies in collaboration with the teams to maintain design quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, development, operation, etc., to translate business requirements, user insights, incorporate feedback into actionable design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, technologies, and techniques to deliver innovative and effective design solutions

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree holder in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline
  • 2 years relevant experiences or above, with pervious exposure working in retail, luxury, or property management industries will be highly preferred
  • Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
  • Possess a keen understanding of user needs, able to solve user pain points through design, with strong analytical skills and a collaborative teamwork spirit
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proactive, detail oriented, a self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as UX/UI Designer
