How you will make an impact:
Oversee the daily operations and property management functions of a shopping mall
Monitor contractor performance and frontline operations to ensure service excellence
Handle tenant enquiries and maintain strong tenant relationships
Collaborate closely with the Leasing team on tenancy-related matters and coordination
Assist in budgeting, reporting, and general administrative duties
Support shop handover and takeover processes, including coordination with tenants and landlords
Provide coordination support for individual landlord-owned retail units, including basic liaison and management matters
Identify operational issues and recommend improvement actions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
Degree or diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner Licence issued by PMSA is a must
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shopping mall or commercial property management
Professional qualifications (e.g. PMP Tier 1) will be an advantage
Experience in shop handover, fit-out coordination, and leasing coordination preferred
Familiar with Building Management Ordinance and relevant regulations is an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to handle contractor management and emergency situations
Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
