Engineer - Technical Services (E&M)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to review and update operation/maintenance plans and procedures for the facilities & installations
  • Monitor technical teams and contractors to perform and complete the plans with the company standard 
  • Liaise with different parties to ensure projects and maintenance works consisting with tenants and landlord’s requirement
  • Coordinate and handle all E&M (Fire Services/BMS/Lifts/Plumbing & Drainage/ Electrical and etc.) and builder’s repairing and preventive maintenance works and projects
  • Lead subordinates to establish design criteria, direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitor work progress for alterations, additions, improvement and maintenance works
  • Attend emergency call out duty and tenant’s enquiries related to technical issues
  • Handle tenancy fitting-out works
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade “B” or above) and Construction industry safety training (Green Card). Holder of Certificate of Confined Space Certified Worker is an extra advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance and management services for commercial building
  • Experience in handling tenancy work, tender preparation and project co-ordination is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A reliable team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
