Responsibilities:

• Provide general financial management and accounting services in respect of costing, financial analysis and management reporting
• Coordinate the auditing matters with internal or external auditors
• Accounts Receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
• Accounts Payable duties include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely; to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations

Requirements:

• Holders of degree in Accounting or related disciplines is an advantage
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• At least 3 years' accounting and  / or auditing experience, preferably gained from commercial industry
• Sound knowledge of current accounting standard requirements
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheet and accounting software
• Independent, attend to details & time management skill
• Good leadership and effective communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Supervisor
