Responsibilities:

• Assign suites and common area duties for cleaning to outside cleaning contractors
• Supervise the daily work of outside cleaning contractors
• Inspect outside cleaning contractors staff attendance record
• Liaise with Front Office Department to resolve complaints concerning cleaning and maintenance quality of guest suites

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge and relevant experience in housekeeping is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Housekeeping Officer
