Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations made by phone or email on a daily basis

• Ensure guest’s special needs are recorded in guest profile and respond tactfully

• Follow up on booking amendment or cancellation

• Liaise with travel agent closely to maintain accurate records of daily allotment used

• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline

• 1-2 years working experience in related field is preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good communication skills with professional telephone manner

• Familiar with Opera/Cambridge system and MS Office applications will be an advantages

• Fresh graduates are also welcome

• Immediate available is highly preferred
