我們的客戶是一間以青少年創業和就業為主的非牟利機構，他們正在尋找一位行政主任加入他們的團隊。

職責：

  • 推動會務發展及日常行政工作
  • 籌備會議和紀錄
  • 籌備青年活動，會員服務，以及對外聯繫
  • 發佈及管理社交媒體內容
  • 協助設計印刷品、廣告和媒體材料
  • 根據管理層的要求處理各項臨時任務和工作
  • 間中需要外勤

職位要求：

  • 持有認可之學士學位或以上資格
  • 良好粵語、普通話、英語，良好中、英文書寫撰稿能力
  • 熟悉電腦操作，包括文書處理及多媒體軟件應用知識
  • 能獨立處理會務，具備責任感和組織協調能力
  • 細心、積極熱情、具團隊精神
  • 具3年或以上相關工作經驗優先
