Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Excellence

You will act as the vital link between global brand partners, procurement, and production teams to ensure operational success:

• End-to-End Coordination: Assist in the full project lifecycle, from initial product concept and sampling to final global delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for international corporate clients to collect requirements and provide real-time project updates.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Design and Supply Chain teams to manage new product tenders and sample development milestones.

• Operational Support: Assist senior management with cost simulations, supplier price negotiations, and global compliance tracking.

• Data Integrity: Maintain high accuracy in digital tracking tools (ERP) and project documentation to ensure on-time production and logistics.

Requirements: Energy, Detail & Proactivity

• Education: Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related discipline. We highly welcome Fresh Graduates with a passion for luxury retail and global operations.

• Experience: Previous internships in Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, or Project Coordination are a distinct advantage.

• Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data management and reporting.

• Attributes: A proactive learner with high "learning agility" and the ability to work independently in a digital-first environment.
