Project Coordinator – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Our client, a leading construction and interior design firm, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage high-end interior fit-out projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical drafting precision and hands-on site coordination. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, technically proficient in 2D/3D software, and possesses a strong "can-do" attitude for site-based challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed Technical Drawing: Produce high-precision 2D CAD layouts and 3D renderings. This includes not just furniture, but detailed construction drawings for bespoke art pieces and complex interior structures.

• Site Coordination: Actively manage on-site progress. This involves being "on the ground" to conduct inspections, take precise measurements, and resolve immediate site issues.

• Project Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure design intent is executed perfectly.

• Quality & Sense: Apply a strong aesthetic sense to technical drawings, ensuring that every detail aligns with the luxury standards of the project.

• Scheduling & Progress: Assist in monitoring project timelines, cost control, and safety compliance.

• Documentation: Handle material specifications, FF&E coordination, and necessary project documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination or site management.

• Education: Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related equivalent field is mandatory.

• Software Expertise (A Must): * 2D: Expert level in AutoCAD. You must be capable of producing highly detailed construction and shop drawings.

  • 3D: Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape, or V-Ray. Ability to create realistic visualizations is essential.

• Site Attitude: Must be hardworking and willing to handle the rigors of site work (不怕辛苦), including frequent visits and hands-on problem-solving.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior construction details, A&A works, and E&M coordination.

• Aesthetic Sense: A refined eye for detail and "design sense," especially regarding the integration of art pieces and high-end finishes into technical plans.

• Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills; fluent in Cantonese and English.
