Assistant BIM Manager

We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talents to join our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of BIM solutions across construction projects to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage 3D/4D BIM models, including visualization, animations, simulations, and renderings for project coordination and presentation purposes.

  • Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit for design coordination, model development, and technical documentation.

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, tenants, main contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective BIM integration and collaboration.

  • Organize and conduct BIM-related training sessions and provide technical guidance to internal team members.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Design for Manufacturing, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.

  • Possession of CIC Certified BIM Manager, CIC Certified BIM Coordinator, or an equivalent professional BIM qualification is highly preferred.
