Assistant Human Resources Manager

We are a well-established Building Services Contractor.  We are now looking for high caliber professional to join our team.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Human Resources Partners throughout the employee lifecycle in professional and effective manner;

  • Coordinate talent acquisition logistics for potential candidates and engage in logistics support for onboarding journey;

  • Responsible for monthly payroll and C&B daily operations;

  • Assist in policies and procedures review and implementation to meet operational needs as well as in line with the Corporate’s requirements;

  • Participate in annual HR exercises & projects;

  • Taking up ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, relevant disciplines or equivalent;

  • Proven experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

  • Good team spirit, high attention to details;

  • A passion for delivering quality service and striving for excellence;

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment related ordinances and statutory regulations;

  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office with HRIS experience;

  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
