We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talent to join our company.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Vetting shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals, and resolving clash conflicts with other trades;

• Monitoring project costs, tracking labour requirements, and handling variation orders (VO);

• Lead daily on-site E&M activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering or equivalent;

• 15 years relevant working experience including E&M subcontractor or main contractor;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E&M building services, with a proven track record in iconic infrastructure projects, hands-on experience in airport environment is highly advantageous;

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;

• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
