We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talents to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall quantity surveying functions, contractual and commercial matters of E&M projects.

• Handle pre- &post-contract quantity surveying duties.

• Manage project financial matters including budget review/forecast/reconciliation, payment and project finance reporting.

• Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender document administration, material taking off and pricing, measurement of works, valuation of variation etc.

• Prepare cost estimation, extension of time claim, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement.

• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim/ final accounts.

• Review documentation and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, RPS;

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in contract administration of tendering /multi-disciplinary building / E&M projects;

• Proficiency in MS Office applications;

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
