BIM Coordinator / Modeller

We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talents to join our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and manage 3D/4D BIM models to support project design, coordination, and construction activities.

  • Produce BIM visualizations, simulations, animations, and renderings for project presentations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Maintain and continuously improve BIM standards, templates, object libraries, and family content to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

  • Work closely with project teams and the R&D department to develop, enhance, and implement BIM processes and workflows.

  • Develop training materials, user manuals, and instructional videos to support BIM adoption and capability development within the company.

  • Provide BIM technical support and assist project teams in resolving modelling and coordination issues.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, Design for Manufacturing , or related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of relevant BIM experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

  • Holder of CIC Certified BIM Coordinator, CIC Certified BIM Modeller, or an equivalent professional BIM qualification would be advantage.
