 Job Responsibilities:

• Execution on P&D Installation of Building Services projects;

• Prepare engineering drawings, technical submissions, and material procurement;

• Attend site meetings, supervise site works and control site progress;

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to ensure the smooth daily project implementation.

 
Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

• 6 years of relevant experience in Building Services project operations;

• Good technical knowledge and analytical thinking;

• Self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proficient in using MS Applications, BIM and AutoCAD etc.;

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
